Lake Macquarie City Council has a new CEO, after Council unanimously endorsed Ms Morven Cameron to the position.
A council spokesperson said Cameron was known for her collaborative leadership style and will build on the momentum the council had built up in recent years.
Morven was previously the Council’s Director Community Development, and has more than 15 years’ experience in local government.
She will commence as CEO from Monday 28 August.
