More than 5,000 homes and businesses across the North West now have access to the National Broadband Network.
Residents of North Tamworth, East Tamworth, Oxley Vale and Moore Creek will benefit from the high speed internet, which was turned on yesterday.
More than 11,000 homes are now connected to the NBN across the Tamworth region – with Taminda, West Tamworth and Westdale set to come online by the end of this year.
