The University of Newcastle will begin its search for a new Vice Chancellor early next year, following news Caroline McMillen will retire in 12 months’ time.
Professor McMillen has been at the helm for seven years.
During her time as Vice Chancellor, she’s guided the expansion of the university into Newcastle’s CBD… and seen it named one of the world’s best.
