A sightseeing trip over the Hunter Valley has come to a frightening end, with a hot air balloon hitting a gum tree and crashing to the ground.
More than a dozen passengers were injured, including a seven-year-old girl – the balloon company, raising eyebrows, by not calling triple-zero.
