Southern Australia is finally seeing some cloud with some rain falling under it crossing from SA to Victoria.
Most of the north is sunny and still very dry, with widespread above average temperatures.
The fronts are still clipping the southern tips of the nation.
The shallow low moving across SA is headed for NSW and set to produce a little, light patchy rain on Saturday.
Another fine warm day is on the way with some high level cloud set to move in ahead of the patchy rain to fall on the weekend.
