A 21-year-old motorbike rider from Noraville on the Central Coast remains in a serious but stable condition after a collision with a four-wheel-drive at Mayfield.

Police say the crash happened at around 6:30am on the corner of Industrial Drive and Bull Street.
The driver of the car was taken for mandatory blood and alcohol testing.
