Labor has slammed the Berejiklian Government, after it admitted cyclists DO face safety risks, navigating Newcastle’s light rail network.
It comes after 51-year-old rider Danny Egan tragically lost his life in July.
The Transport Minister recently revealed the incident is being reviewed, admitting risks “did exist” along that section of track.
The government is considering a series of recommendations.
