Dozens of postie bike riders set off from Tamworth this morning for the annual Variety Postie Bike Dash.
The six-day charity ride will visit Tingha, Tenterfield, Lismore, Glenn Innes and Armidale.
With 62 riders on the trail this year, the dash is aiming to raise thousands of dollars to help regional children overcome barriers.
