CONCRETE POURING BEGINS AT WYONG HOSPITAL

The redevelopment of Wyong Hospital has reached a milestone, with the first concrete foundation poured for the new building.
It’s the first of 23 slabs required for the $200-million project.
“You’ll see major upgrades to the emergency department, there’s a paediatric unit upgrade there as well. With the population due to expand up in the north it’s great that they’re going to have a fantastic hospital to look after them as well.” – ADAM CROUCH- PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY FOR THE CENTRAL COAST
The extension is due to be completed in 2022.
