SURFERS LINING BOOMERANG BEACH FOR STATE TITLES TOMORROW

Surfers will take to the waves in the Great Lakes tomorrow for the annual Surfmasters State Titles.

Over 150 surfers will compete for a spot in the national titles at Port Macquarie later this year.

If the swell is too rough, organisers will move the contest to Blueys Beach and Tuncurry Break Wall.

The event will run over four days.
