Former Mariner Ziggy Gordon has admitted his new side the Western Sydney Wanderers have a big challenge ahead of them tonight against the Central Coast.
The Scottish defender only recently switched clubs.. this will be his first hit-out against Alen Stagjic’s undefeated side.
“I know first hand how dangerous they are. Over the course of last season I think the Mariners were very unfortunate in numerous games. A lot of 1-nil defeats but played very well it was just the final part of the game that we didn’t do well enough and obviously in the last two games they’ve managed to rectify that.”
The game gets underway at 7pm at Central Coast Stadium.
