TERRIGAL LAGOON CLOSED

Terrigal Lagoon is closed, following a sewer main break.

Central Coast Council says it’s contained the overflow and is working to repair the rupture.

Signs have gone up in the area, warning residents to stay out of the water until further notice.

It’s not yet known when the lagoon will reopen.
