Police are searching for the driver involved in an accident at East Gosford overnight, where a car smashed into a shop front.
The Ford Mustang also hit two power poles, a council garbage bin and a parked car on Victoria Street.
By the time emergency services arrived just after midnight the driver had already left the scene.
Authorities are working to replace the power poles which have been deemed unstable.
