A man has been charged after he allegedly threatened three people with a gun on Monday night.
Police were called to a home on Yarmouth Parade in Oxley Vale at around 10.30pm, before later seizing a pistol and ammunition.
A 39-year-old man was arrested at a building site yesterday and was granted conditional bail at Tamworth Local Court.
