LOCALS RAISE THOUSANDS FOR CHILDREN IN POVERTY

Locals have raised $12,000 for Central Coast children living in poverty during a high tea fundraiser in Toukley.

Dozens of people attended the event at “The Beachie”, bringing awareness to local charity group, We Care Connect.

Volunteers say one in six kids on the Central Coast lives in poverty – delivering packages of everyday necessities to those in need.
