Two men remain in custody after Saturday mornings police chase through Tamworth where the men allegedly shot at an unmarked police car.
Both men were set to front Tamworth Local Court today, Joshua Tehoata appeared via video link, and Tyson Booby was excused.
Neither made an application for bail.
They were charged with multiple offences, including discharge of a firearm with intent to resist arrest.
The pair will front court again on July 14.
