The first lots are up for sale in Tamworth’s global gateway park.
Tamworth Regional Council says there’s been huge interest in the site so far and it’s expecting them to sell fast.
Construction is continuing on the Country Road roundabout, the Goddard Lane upgrade, and stormwater drainage in the area.
