GAV’S WEATHER | RAIN AND STORMS ARE MOVING IN
The rain bearing system is moving in from the west which tapping into the moisture built up over recent days delivering widespread rain to eastern Australia storms are embedded in the system and heavy isolated down pours are expected.
Another system is sweeping across the SW land division yet again.
It’s a classic set up for widespread inland rain.
A cut off low is going to stall over the SE helping to draw increased tropical moisture southward.
The high over the Tasman is also helping to drive moisture in from the east.
All of this helping to generate more inland rain will begin to fall over much of NSW northern Vic and southern QLD.
The inland rain event is under with more to come as the system moves further east reaching parts of the coast tonight.
Storms are expected over the coming days clearing by the weekend.
