Terrigal’s Justin Avendano has been called into Sydney Sixers squad for tonight’s Big Bash clash against the Perth Scorchers in Coffs Harbour.
Just last week Avendano was playing for the covid-riddled Melbourne Stars.
The 28-year-old last lined up for the boys in magenta early last year.
The Scorchers will be without star players Colin Munro and Jason Behrendorff – who was deemed a close contact after Munro returned a positive PCR test.
The last time the two sides met Sydney lost by 10 runs to Perth.
