Newcastle teenager Sam Masters continues to upstage some big names ahead of the Australian Speedway titles.
Recently crowned the State Under 21 champion, Masters won four of his five heats at the Newcastle Showground speedway meeting last night to reach the final.
He then turned the tables on former Australian champion Chris Holder to win and wasn’t he happy about that.
It’s a huge boost ahead of the Nationals to be raced here early in the New Year.
