Man in custody after 45-hour siege at Swansea

A tense 45-hour standoff in the Lake Macquarie suburb of Swansea has finally come to an end, with police taking a 33-year-old man into custody.

He walked from the property at the centre of the drama without incident, around midday and is now assisting officers with their inquiries.
