Kempsey Pound calls for pet owners to ‘adopt not shop’ amid spike in pet surrenders

Kempsey Pound is urging families to adopt not shop this Christmas, following a spike in the number of abandoned pets.

The organisation says it desperately needs more volunteers to keep up.
