City of Newcastle has released the outcome letter following an investigation into alleged code of conduct breaches by CEO Jeremy Bath and the letters to the editor scandal.
The outcome letter is a summary of the Code of Conduct review and its findings.
The Council says it’s currently working through its legal obligations in relation to the release of the full investigation report. It says a further update will be provided in due course as to whether the investigation report is able to be released under the GIPA Act.
