Traffic was disrupted on the Pacific Highway at Woolgoolga, north of Coffs Harbour this morning, after a truck slammed into a powerpole, on a bend, ending up in a ditch.
Several power lines were taken down, with emergency crews delaying southbound traffic, so Essential Energy staff could assess the damage.
The very embarrassed truck driver says he simply forgot he had a trailer when he attempted the sharp bend.
