Bellingen residents are about to be called upon to reveal exactly what they think about council.
Staff will begin calling residents from Thursday asking them to rate a range of local services and facilities as part of the Community Satisfaction Survey.
Council says it’s important to identify priorities for improvement to help craft its future strategic direction.
The survey follows on from a similar survey by Coffs Harbour Council, which is being used to gauge feedback on plans to raise rates or cut services.
