A woman has been killed, and three others injured – including children – after a car crash near Coffs Harbour.
Emergency services were called to the Pacific Highway in Moonee Beach just before 4pm, to find a vehicle down an embankment, after the driver hit a tree.
The woman, who was the front passenger died at the scene, while the driver and two children were rescued from the vehicle.
They were transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
One lane is closed southbound on the Pacific Highway, with delays expected.
Anyone who driving on the Pacific Highway at the time of the incident with dashcam footage is urged to come forward.
