Munmorah Power Station named as the site of the Waratah Super Battery
A big step in the switch to green energy today – with confirmation the Waratah Super Battery will be built on the Central Coast.
The project is designed to serve as a “shock absorber” for the electricity grid – providing reliable energy to consumers from Sydney to Newcastle, as more power stations close.
