Residents across Shortland, Merewether, Bar Beach, Stockton, Islington and Mayfield got a rude shock yesterday when they woke to find their cars looking worse for wear.
Up to 30 vehicles are believed to have been targeted.
Vandals smashing rear windscreens, windows and even side mirrors.
Anyone who may have witnessed the attack should contact police.
