PERRY OWNS TAMWORTH GOLF COURSE AGAIN

Tamworth Golf Club’s 14-year course record was broken by a stroke in yesterday’s final round of the Easter Varden.
Dylan Perry completed the 18 holes in just 62 shots, on his way to winning the tournament for a third year in a row.
The Aberdeen golfer was 11 clear of second.
“I hit a couple of shots that were going in the trees and luckily they came back out in the fairway, which is always a relief because as you know, trees aren’t your best friend most of the time.”
Perry travels to Brisbane next month with the New South Wales Amateur team, before three tournaments in the UK in May.
