Al Oshlack has taken Rouse Water and Ballina Shire Council to the Land and Environment Court, in his bid to stop fluoride being added to the region’s water.
Mr. Al Oshla has at least been able to get the subject of the Toxicity of this S6 Piosonous Artificial Fluoridatiion a hearing in a Court of Law. Next it is to be seen if the “Duty Of Care” principle is applied with due respect to the findings of toxicicty. The facts of Toxicity are in no doubt. It will further be interesting to see if the Court abides by “The Law” rather than an unlawful ‘ACT’ not brought to ‘LAW’.
It is seldom understood that The Law Of This Land is ablidged to obey and abide by:- “The Constitution Of The Commonwealth Of Australia” and no ‘act’ is a law under our Constitution. Therefore Fluoridation has been applied ilegally in this state for almost 50 years as it has in Tasmania, Victoria, and now in Queensland.
Fortunately Mr. Al Oshlack has taken the time to put this fraudulant act of treason before the Court. Will the Judge of the case have the competency to hear the evidence, we will have to wait and see…some in the past have and some have not. This is not an open and shut case at all. The promoters of fluoridation have VERY DEEP pockets and a lot to loose in both business and also in reputation of being wrong for the past 60+yrs. So it might have to go all the way to the High Court.
It must be further remembered that the people at the top promoting this matter includes the military, as well as the Dental lobby who made the lie in the first place that this piosonous waste used for fluoridation of our water supply was good for our childrens teeth, and our bones, when in truth it was no such thing. In fact it was known right from the start that this is a highly toxic waste product.
Fluoridation was a highly toxic waste product from making of the Atomic Bomb during the Nuclear Manhatten Project that was to be kept secret at all cost. This highly toxic waste was and still is impossible to decontaminate and therefore impossible to dispose of. So the way to sell the lie of it’s safety was to simply say the lie so loud and for so long that it became the only thing known. After the war the military said anyone who disagreed was a conspiritor or worse.
I do have the “Secret War Files” from the Manufacturing of the Atomic Bomb during the “Nuclear Manhatten Project” and it makes for very interesting reading…and proves the lie of fluoridation at ANY level being safe.
Promotors of this lie simply will not listen to the truth and they wish to, need to, and must, avoid the open debate of this matter at all cost for the facts do show it is built on lies.
The ramifications of this could very well go all around the world and that will not be an act of one man but of the same “Almighty God” as is stated in the “Preamble” to our “Constitution”. The “Pramble” to Our “Constitution” IS worth reading…for it includes THE CONTRACT to our LAW system…including the Common LAW which IS based on THE CHRISTIAN BIBLE in OUR Courts to this very day. This is not good news to many Judges in this land. But it is the truth.
It is also the reason why Sue Maynes, Brian Shaw, Wayne Glew and others..have prcessed a legal writ against the Prime Minister Julian Gilard, The Govenor General Quinten Brice and other in Parliment for not taking the Oath of Alegience to us the people of this land Australia. This of course puts them in a state of “Treason” plus in the status of “Aliens” in the land.
And all this could blow up in their faces just because of a lie over fluoridation…”Bring It On Cobba” is what I say.
