A new report has revealed out of 130 regions, both Lismore and Byron Bay are among the top 15.
How interesting, the different spin placed on news by different services. You say its good that Lismore is among the top 15 regions for recycling, whereas the Northern Star rubbishes (sic) our record. My own view, living in Ballina, is that the Shire has a long way to go in dealing with waste. Personally, I’m glad to be moving to Wingecarribee Shire, where they really know how to recycle and are extremely well-organised in their processes and protocols.
