One of Australia’s most high-tech supermarkets has opened it’s doors in Goonellabah.
On top of what you’d usually expect from a supermarket, the new Woolworths store boasts a touch-and-go payment system, and a very innovative way to prevent trolley theft.
“The customers don’t need a coin to use our trolley’s but they’re prevented from being a nuisence on our streets with a wheel locking system ”
The store has also generated 50 new local jobs.
