Three men are in hospital with stab wounds after an altercation at a unit complex at Casino.
Emergency services were called to the Short Street residence shortly after 7:30 last night, and found the trio in a serious condition.
The men were transported to Lismore Base Hospital, and have undergone surgery.
The circumstances behind the incident remain unclear.
“At this stage police have set up a strike force in relation to the incident and they will be waiting to interview the victims today in hospital.”
One of the victims is in a critical condition.
