After months of heated debate and intense public consultation, Lismore City Council has finally voted to approve its Comprehensive Koala Plan of Management.
The plan, which will apply to South-East Lismore, narrowly scraped through the ranks, 6 votes to 5 at Tuesday’s council meeting.
