The Northern River’s pothole artist is asking for donations to help him buy paint.
Ron Dart’s work has become notorious on the roads around Lismore, with his bright designs highlighting potholes as a warning to motorists.
While the art has been embraced by the community, concerns have been raised about the risks associated with working on the road.
Donation boxes can be found at various places around the Northern Rivers, including the Echo Office and Tribal Magic in Nimbin.
