It was a surfer’s paradise at the inaugural Coastal Lifestyle expo in Ballina, with 42 exhibitors showcasing everything from boards, fins, clothing and even a Christmas ham.
“They wanted to get together and showcase mainly surf boards and local manufacturers and then thought to expand it and get local arts and crafts, painters and photographers ”
About 1000 people walked through the doors with all proceeds going to coastal organisations like Landcare, Seabird Rescue and Ballina Jet Boat Rescue.
