An Ocean Shores family has escaped a fire that engulfed their Yamble Drive home.
Just before 5pm yesterday afternoon, neighbours raised the alarm when they saw smoke and flames.
“It was terrible, I’ve seen fires before but not on houses and the flames were just coming out of the roof, smoke everywhere, people chatting, it was pretty crook”.
Two adults and three children were home at the time but no one was injured.
