CRUNCH TIME FOR BYRON’S COOKIE CO.

The crunch has come for Byron Bay’s iconic Cookie Company, which has been placed into voluntary administration after part of its manufacturing division was issued with a court notice over an unpaid tax bill.

The announcement was made late yesterday afternoon and a creditors’ meeting has been scheduled for later this month.

Administrators have confirmed they intend to continue operating the business as normal.
