A family of six evicted from their Cabbage Tree Island home for late rental payments is vowing to fight the order – claiming custodial rights to the land.
The Anderson family was given the marching orders by the Jali Land Council late this afternoon.

That was so bad kicking a old lady out off her house…!! And that was so bad that my grand mother wanted to get clothes out off the house..they grabbed her hand and banged it and pushed it… Witch they shouldn’t have done that because she is a pension and very sick..
And these no need for that many cops to come and get kick her out of her house…
About 8 cop cars at cabbage tree island.. And there was even more coming in witch it’s a shame to get that many cops just for a old lady…. Lol lol lol
