A fourty-year-old man has been taken to Tweed Heads hospital with serious head injuries after his motorbike collided with a ute near Bangalow this morning.
The accident happened on the corner of the Pacific Highway and Coolamon Scenic Drive at around 6 o’clock.
A couple travelling in the ute managed to escape injury.
Police are still investigating the cause of the smash.
