Greens State MP John Kaye made his presence well-known outside Lismore MP Thomas George’s office today, calling on him to help save TAFE from budget cuts and privatisation.
“This region is highly dependant on quality vocational education skilled workforce will disappear if we don’t have a public sector provider.”
It’s hard enough to get employment here, and it’s hard enough to get train here.”
Mr George says there were no prior arrangements made by John Kaye to meet with him.
