The sentencing of a man charged with assaulting surf star Stephanie Gilmore in 2010 has been delayed until August.
27-year-old Julius Sterling Guy Fox last month pleaded guilty to reckless wounding and assault causing actual bodily harm.
Fox is accused of striking Gilmore with an iron bar outside her Tweed Heads apartment, leaving her with cuts and a fractured wrist.
Sentencing was originally scheduled for today in the Lismore District Court, but was postponed until the 16th of August.
