There’s been a significant drop in the number of assaults in Byron Bay, according to the latest crime statistics.
In the last two years, the number of indecent assaults has more than halved, while break and enters have also dramatically decreased.
Ballina recorded significant drop, with non-domestic assaults down around a third and break and enters down 30 per cent.
