There’s been another glassing attack in the Hunter Valley, this time in Kurri Kurri.
A 19-year-old man has been charged with recklessly causing grievous bodily harm after he allegedly smashed a schooner glass into the face of a 34-year-old man, after the two got into a fight at a pub.
Police say the incident took place at 9.15 last night.
The victim’s lip was split in two, he also sustained cuts to his chin and cheek.
He remains at John Hunter Hospital, while the accused will face Maitland Local Court on the 10th of January.
