Police are warning Siberian Husky owners around the Northern Rivers to be vigilant, after two dogs were stolen 48-hours apart in separate incidents.
Six-month-old Ava was taken from her Kyogle home on Saturday morning between 7:30 and 8:30.
While three-year-old Thor was stolen from Casino on Monday morning.
Both yards were fully secure.
“Obviously being an exotic type of dog we believe they’re pretty desirable for people and that and these missing dogs might be part of something a bit bigger.”
