A babysitter is due to face court next month, charged over a road accident east of Casino last December, that left a young girl dead.
Courteney Matthews will face several charges, including dangerous driving occasioning death.
The 18-year-old was allegedly behind the wheel of a Mazda which collided with a Subaru on the Bruxner Highway, killing four-year-old Elle Underhill.
Matthews is expected to face Casino Local Court on July 20.
