An 18-year-old woman is facing a string of driving offences, following a fatal crash on the Far North Coast last year.
On December 18, a Mazda 232 and Suburu Libery collided on the Bruxner Highway, about 10-kilometres east of Casino.
A four-year-old girl died and another child was seriously injured.
The woman has been charged with several offences including dangerous driving occasioning death.
She’s due to face Casino Local Court on July 20.
