BEACH HOTEL GOING UNDER THE HAMMER

Byron Bay’s iconic waterfront pub, The Beach Hotel, has been placed on the market.

Built in 1990, the venue now hold several bars and restaurants as well as hotel rooms, conference facilities and a pool complex.

Bought by a consortium of investors for $65 million almost decade ago – it’s thought the prized landmark could fetch up to $80 million.
