COALITION PROMISE MOUNT LINDESAY ROAD UPGRADE

$24 million worth of safety upgrades to Mount Lindesay Road will be fast-tracked, if the coalition government is re-elected on July 2.
Deputy PM Barnaby Joyce and New South Wales roads Minister Duncan Gay made the announcement in Tenterfield this afternoon.
The project would see the road re-aligned between Woodenbong and Legume.
The 43 kilometre stretch is currently among the region’s most dangerous.
