POLICE RECOVER PROPERTY STOLEN FROM SCHOOLS, COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES IN NORTHERN RIVERS
Police have laid more than 60 charges in relation to a string of break and enters targeting commercial properties in the Northern Rivers.
Strike Force Koraus was formed in June this year, to investigate numerous break and enters in the region.
As a result of their ongoing investigations, police have charged six people after search warrants were carried out in Lismore and Goonellabah.
Police recovered computers and e-tablets, allegedly stolen from a public school in Clunes, as well as camping equipment, tools, coin collections and sporting equipment taken from the Goonellabah area
Four men and one woman were initally arrested and charged, while another man, a 24-year-old man from East Lismore, was arrested yesterday in relation to the investigation.
